Monday performance at VA Hospital

Justin Franzino playing at the VA Memorial Hospital in Portland OREvery Monday I’m appearing at Veteran’s Memorial Hospital, playing the accordion and piano in the main lobby.

Come out and say hello and maybe meet a vet and make their day.  I get much joy performing for them and it’s my way of giving back.

Grab a cup of coffee and a pastry at our great little coffee stand and strike up a conversation with one of the vets (like Jack pictured here).  I’m sure they’ll tell you some good stories.

I’m usually at the hospital Mondays from 1pm to 4pm. Click here for location.

hot diggity dog.

I’ve got a blog.

stoolAfter weeks of nagging my daughter, who is a web designer, to create a web site for me, I decided to go the blog route. I figure after years of playing the accordion and piano, I should have a few things to say about music. Stay tuned while I put together my blog. Not only will I discuss all things accordion, midi, piano, Portland music, and the like, I will also post information about where I am playing, sample music files, and how to get in touch so you can hire me for a job.

Portland is an amazing place to be a musician and now is an amazing time full of expression, talent and innovation in the industry. I hope to connect and synergize with fellow musicians out there, so drop me a comment or an email – anytime.
